Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CHSG Manpower (the “Platform”), operated by the Catholic High Scout Group (“CHSG”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and access

The Platform is a private tool for the administration of the Catholic High Scout Group and is intended only for members, leaders, and helpers authorised by the Scout Group leadership. Access is a privilege granted at our sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time, with or without notice or reason.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

use the Platform only for legitimate Scout Group purposes;
keep your account credentials secure and not share your access with others;
access only the information you are authorised to access, and not attempt to circumvent access controls;
keep confidential any personal data or evaluative information you view, and not copy, disclose, or misuse it; and
not use the Platform to harass, harm, or misrepresent any person, or in any way that breaches applicable law.

3. Personal data

Your use of the Platform and our handling of personal data are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, and the Scout Group’s marks and emblem are owned by or licensed to CHSG and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

5. Availability and changes

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHSG and its leaders, helpers, and volunteers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at this address is the current version, and continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
